Agent Angus by K.L. Denman

 Summer Reading Challenge Book Review!

Book Talk Blurb

Angus has a liked Ella for eons, like 5 months, and when given the chance to impress her he lies and says he's working on becoming a mentalist in order to solve crimes. When Ella asks Angus to help find the criminal who stole her sketch book Angus decides that instead of telling the truth he's going to give himself a crash course in crime solving. Will Angus solve the crime or will he have to face the music and admit he lied?

Book Review

Agent Angus is a cute book and I really enjoyed it. It has a great lesson on being honest with others especially the ones you care about. It was quick, I read it in about an hour and a half. It doesn't delve too deeply into all the characters but I still felt like it was complete story and worth the read. There's not much I can say about the book with out giving it away but I would recommend it for students who aren't big on reading.
